Construction of a new membrane treatment facility, new high lift pumping facilities totaling 36 MDG, upgrades of the gravity filter control system and associated improvements to the plant infrastructure. The capacity of the state of the art membrane treatment facility is 12 MGD, expandable to 24 MGD.
