Infrastructure and underground utility construction. A project for the New York City Dept of Design & Construction involved new sewers, water mains, street lights and secant pile retaining wall. In Baltimore Maryland, Northeast Remsco Construction installed a sewage force main through city residential and commercial streets.

We use Microtunnel Boring Machines, which is also known as MTBM Tunneling. Northeast Remsco Construction has microtunneled to install transmission mains, gravity relief sewers, RCP storm drains. Northeast Remsco Construction has also microtunneled beneath roadways and railroad tracks and microtunneled across rivers.

Department of Transportation and transit projects. Northeast Remsco Construction retrofitted an existing train station for NJ Transit, in order to be compliant with the American’s with Disability Act (ADA). The Borough of Medford Lakes, NJ hired Northeast Remsco Construction to demolish existing earthen dams and timber spillways and reconstruct the project using roller compacted concrete (RCC) and precast post-tensioned spillways.

Northeast Remsco Construction does various types of work for water treatment plants. Northeast Remsco Construction has designed and contructed water treatment plant expansions, constructed a new solids/floatables facility, constructed and installated a new digester gas treatment system, and upgraded a water treatment plant.
